The organic activated charcoal toothpaste is best used two to three times a week. Using organic, food grade coconut shell activated charcoal, bentonite clay, sodium bicarbonate, orange and peppermint or clove essential and coconut oil; stains, toxins, bacteria and impurities are lifted and removed as enamel is remineralized. Dip tips of a dry toothbrush in paste and brush in gentle circles for about two minutes. You may leave on for additional 2-3 minutes if stronger whitening is desired. To remove, spit excess out in trash can and rinse toothbrush, brush, rinse, and repeat till traces are gone. Rinse with water, spit, and admire those pearly whites!
